Jotted down some notes from wednesday and thursday but I haven't been near the internet and my thumb drive doesn't work here. I'm heading to cape coast this weekend with Shara and Andrea (I'll be sure to visit the canopy walk and the castles, Chaye!) . Cape Coast was basically a trading hub back in the day, most notably for slaves. If you're African American it's possible that your have ansesctors that passed through there. I'll be sure to get lots of great pictures of the castle and other sites. Be sure to root for the US (vs England Saturday at 2:30 Eastern time) and the Black Stars (vs. Serbia, 1o:00am Eastern Time) this weekend!
